Cooper Levenson announces new partners 

Atlantic City, N.J. — Dec. 27, 2024 — Cooper Levenson is pleased to announce two attorneys as the firm’s newest partners: Kasi Gifford of the firm’s Atlantic City, N.J. office and Craig Panholzer, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

“We are very pleased to welcome Kasi and Craig as partners in the firm. They have proven themselves in terms of their professionalism, their expertise, and their dedication,” said Lloyd D. Levenson, Chief Executive Officer.

Kasi M. Gifford, based in the firm’s Atlantic City office, is a member of the Education Law Practice Group. Ms. Gifford works with numerous New Jersey school clients and guides school board members and school officials through all aspects of education law. Ms. Gifford graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology. She earned a Juris Doctor from the Widener University Delaware Law School. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Gifford was selected for inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2021 through the present. Outside of her practice, Ms. Gifford is a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys. She also served as an Executive Board Member and Secretary of the Young Lawyers Division, Atlantic County Bar Association, and as the Director of Community Outreach, Young Lawyers Division, Atlantic County Bar Association.

Craig Panholzer is a member of the Tax, Business, and Estate Planning and Administration Practice Groups. He is based in the Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Panholzer handles general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions as well as the drafting of wills, probate administration, asset protection and special needs planning. Mr. Panholzer graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in political science. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina with a Juris Doctor. He is admitted to practice in all State Courts in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court Southern District of Florida.
