Cooper Levenson is pleased to announce that Holly M. Whitney has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s new Wilmington, Del. Office. Whitney will concentrate her practice on estate planning.

Whitney’s background includes estate planning, probate administration, Delaware corporate filings, drafting operating agreements, corporate contracts, and governance. Holly has guided clients through small business matters of every type, including Federal statutes and regulations such as ADA, FDCPA, and HIPAA. In addition, Whitney’s background includes creditors’ rights litigation and adult guardianship.
A native of Delaware, Whitney graduated from The Hotchkiss School and remains very involved in the community and pro bono causes, including Wills for Heroes, Wills for Seniors, the Delaware pardon project, and representing children in family court.
Whitney earned her B.A. in Classical Languages and Literature from Mount Holyoke College. She earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, now known as Delaware Law School.
